It would be impossible to name all the ways followers of Jesus love their city. This training focuses on one specific tool: gathering believers to inquire of God together for creative solutions that bring about a heightened reality of evil things dying and good things flourishing.
Issues like human trafficking, systemic oppression, homelessness, and countless other challenges undermine the shalom of our city. This intensive equips leaders to address such realities through a Spirit-led team process often called “whiteboarding with God.”
For over 25 years, Jamie Winship has worked with teams in complex environments to solve seemingly impossible problems through this method. In this training, you will both experience the process and understand the pathway for training others to do likewise.

Are You Prepared?
While we desire for many to learn this over time, this initial training is not for everyone.
Because of our limited time with Jamie, participants must begin at a certain level of familiarity and personal development. Use the following criteria to discern whether you are the right person for this.
This Training Is For You If You Can Say “Yes”
I have read Living Fearless or understand identity exchange (exchanging fear for truth).
I can hear or sense God’s voice at a functional level.
I can clearly articulate who God says I am and how that identity shapes the way I lead.
I am willing to complete the required pre-work by watching the Separation vs Connection Worldview videos (see Preparation).
I currently lead people, systems, or organizations and am accountable for real outcomes.
I regularly face complex problems requiring more than standard leadership tools.
I am secure enough in my identity to receive correction, refinement, and expansion without defensiveness.
I am seeking strategy, clarity, and alignment — not inspiration or personal healing.
I am willing and able to multiply this work by training others.
If you cannot confidently say “yes” to these, this intensive may not be your next step — and that is not a failure. It simply means another pathway may better serve you at this time.
However, if you can confidently say “yes” to most of the criteria, but need a little preparation, please go to the PREPARATION page to be fully prepared.

You are in a learning or exploratory season rather than an implementation season.
You are curious about better problem-solving but are not currently responsible for outcomes.

You are not prepared to multiply this work by training others.

This gathering is not a conference, and it is not a broad leadership seminar. It is a focused, high-responsibility intensive for leaders who are already carrying weight — leaders grounded in identity and ready to steward influence with intentionality.
